Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you order for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Products, pricing, and availability

We are a dropshipping store. We list products; third-party suppliers ship them. We aim to describe items accurately, but colors, packaging, and small dimensions can vary between production runs. Prices are in USD and can change without notice. If an item sells out after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. We may cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock failure, and refund you in full.

Your obligations

• Give accurate order, shipping, and payment details
• Use the store lawfully. No scraping, bulk copying our content, reselling our listings, or attempting to break our security
• Do not post false reviews or impersonate anyone
• Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account
• Pay all duties, taxes, and fees your country charges on imported goods

We are not a veterinary practice

Despite our name, we are a retail store. Product descriptions, guides, and support answers are general information only. They do not diagnose or treat any animal. Consult a licensed veterinarian for medical advice, and never use a product against your vet’s instructions.

Intellectual property

Our name, logo, text, and images belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to property beyond the product itself. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Warranties

Products are supplied as described on the product page. We do not add warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows. Some states do not permit certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we are registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection rights you hold in your own country still apply.

Dispute resolution

Email contact@animalhospital.store first. We will try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days. If we cannot, you and we agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in the United States under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. Both sides waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing contact@animalhospital.store within 30 days of your first order. Claims that qualify may still be filed in small claims court.

Ending your access

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or misuse the store.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
