Who can order

By placing an order you confirm that you can enter a binding contract. If you order for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Products, pricing, and availability

We list the products, and our fulfilment partners pack and ship them. We aim to describe items accurately, but colors, packaging, and small dimensions can vary between production runs. Prices are in USD and can change without notice. If an item sells out after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. We may cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock failure, and refund you in full.

Your obligations

• Give accurate order, shipping, and payment details
• Use the store lawfully. No scraping, bulk copying our content, reselling our listings, or attempting to break our security
• Do not post false reviews or impersonate anyone
• Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account
• Pay all duties, taxes, and fees your country charges on imported goods

We are not a veterinary practice

Despite our name, we are a retail store. Product descriptions, guides, and support answers are general information only. They do not diagnose or treat any animal. Consult a licensed veterinarian for medical advice, and never use a product against your vet’s instructions.

Intellectual property

Our name, logo, text, and images belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to property beyond the product itself. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Warranties

Products are supplied as described on the product page. Nothing in these terms reduces the statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live, including your right to goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which our business is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The consumer protection rights you hold in your own country are not affected.

Dispute resolution

Email contact@animalhospital.store first. We will try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days. If we cannot, you may bring a claim in the courts of your own country, and nothing in these terms prevents you from doing so. Consumers in the UK and the EU can also use their national consumer protection bodies.

Ending your access

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or misuse the store.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
